Once you placed an order IZIDRESSES will send you an order confirmation letter with your order number. You can take your order number to check your order status use the track order option which is on the top right corner of our website.
If the status shows “pending” or “pending payment” that means your order didn’t go through please contact the customer service to check the details. If the status shows processing but without the tracking number and carrier that means your dress is in tailoring. If the status shows processing with the tracking number and carrier that means your order has already shipped out and you can use the tracking number to check the detail information on the carrier’s official website.
*If you didn’t receive the order confirmation email or do not remember the order number you can login your account to check the status or contact customer service.

4. Can I change my order information after sending confirmation E-mail?
Yes, all the orders can be changed within 24 hours after your purchase, as we get your confirmation by email.
5. Can I cancel my order and change a wedding dress after payment?
All orders cannot be cancelled over 12 hours after your purchase, as we will make the dress according to your own measurements after your payment. But we can change the details of dress within 24 hours.So please confirm detailed info like dress item, color, size and other special requirements before your ayment.
6. How to cancel my order?
-If you do not pay for your order, then do not worry. There are many testing orders at our website everyday, we only pay attention to orders which have already been paid.

-If you contact us within 36 hours after we receive your payment, 70% refund (for example, your total order amount is USD 200, we will refund you USD 140) will get into your account within 3 business days.
-If you contact us within 72 hours after we receive your payment, 50% refund (for example, your total order amount is USD 200, we will refund you USD 100) will get into your account within 2 business days.
We will not cancel your order after 72 hours from the moment we get your payment. Hope you can kindly understand.
7.When should I order?
Usually, you will receive your designed wedding dress within 12-15 days after you confirmed you order. So we suggest you make your order one month before your wedding date to give us more time for re-confirming, making and shipping. Or, if you are urgent, we can also make the wedding gown within a required time for you. But you need to pay extra fee.
8. When can I get my dress after ordering?
We will send you an order confirmation email after getting your payment and order for you to re-confirm all your order details, including order style, color, size, shipping details and so on. When we get your confirmation, we will start to make your dress, which will take about 12-15 business days (please pay attention, 12-15 business days exclude normal weekends and holidays). When we ship your order, we will send you tracking number for you to track your order in person.
All dresses are shipped by air express company, Estimate delivery time , an email will reach you when we ship your order for you to track on specific online tracking website.

10.Is the physical dress is as the same as picture?
our physical dress is 90% similarity compared to picture.The color also have color shading compared to the picture of the dress.
11.How do I decide what size to order?
Each manufacturer offers their own size chart, which reflects how they cut their sizes. Please see Size Charts on our site. It is important that you follow the individual designer's chart to decide your size. Keep in mind that the measurements are taken to determine the closest size to be ordered and that the garment will not be custom-made to the exact measurements. Almost every gown will need some type of adjustment. Prior to selecting your size to order, we suggest reviewing the information provided in How to Measure. The designer will be unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order has been placed. The customer is responsible for the size ordered and or whether or not to order special length. Izidress.com cannot assume any responsibility for measurements. We are unable to assist in measurements or the selection of a size.
12. How can I find my size?
We strongly recommend you have your measurements taken by a professional seamstress /dressmaker to ensure the accurate measurement before buying any dress online. We have provided the standard size chart for you to choose from if you need a standard size dress.
13. Is the colour of the picture display the same colour as the dress?
Not always. Your monitor and colour correction utilities may change the colors. Different brands of computers, lighting in the room and other variables can also make your eyes receive different colour information. Do not use pictures and magazines as colour swatches since different brands of ink on different types of paper may have different feel.

We can do it for most ordinary designs. Please email us your pictures with all the specifications. Sometimes the fabrics of the dress you enquired are difficult to find, or the special cut requirements beyond our ability. After our expert designers and dressmakers have reviewed the pictures, we can inform you of whether we can make it.
18. Can you make the dress exactly according to the pictures I send?
Yes, we can! We welcome your coming pictures any time! Please send us the pictures of the dress by email, we will review it carefully and reply you as soon as possible. Then we will ask for a reasonable price including shipping cost.

For the dress fits you very much, we offer a measure method. All dress will be custom-made to the exact measurements.

All gowns and products we offer are new. We do not accept or offer resale items.
